hdl 50 down from 55
ldl 73 up from 54
homocystein about 9
chol/hdl ratio 3.1 up from 2.9
aic 5.8 and I believe that is the same

so although the numbers are more than satisfactory, they are not good
enough for me, Hopefully the stress is being eliminated and I am eating
better

time to cut out the crap which someohow didnt raise my sugar
