I wish Express-Scripts could/would get with the program. So far they
have screwed up EVERY order - without exception - I have given them
and some of the refills.
I think my previous insurance carrier used Express Scripts. I never
had any big problem with them.
I don't know, maybe they changed management or something before we
started using them. I understand that mistakes happen and things
sometimes go wrong. A decent-quality business will own up to the
problem and set about fixing it, and make the customer as happy as
they can.
By sharp contrast, Express-Scripts gives me shipping tracking numbers
that do not exist, claiming that the package went out two days ago
while it is sitting there, unfilled, because they never bothered to
call me or the doctor to confirm the spelling of my name (or something
equally trivial).
Errors, even in judgement, I understand. Dishonesty I have a HUGE
problem with.
