Cool, makes sense, add more lean muscle mass, process / use / store glucose
more efficiently. Makes pretty straight forward sense :) ... *me think*
(and caveat, this is purely touchy feely conjecture on my part based only on
my personal experience, so don't take it to the bank, in fact don't take it
anywhere ... :)) , anyway, me think that's what's working for me, while both
cardio (mostly running) and weight lifting exercises help, I tend to think
the weight lifting and the consequent gain in new and improved lean muscle
mass is having the more significant impact on improving my BG level.
I have added back 6 lbs from my post Diag dieting low, but my waist size
has actually shrunk a bit more :), so am happy 'bout that.
