One 3 oz pork chop... a cup of black bean soup, and some broccoli,
with one 5 oz glass of Australian Shiraz, well poured. ;-)

BG 1 hr pp..... 132

Now, I am enjoying a very dry Bambay martini....

Sorry, don't mean to rub it in, but in my experience as a T2, there
are some strategies that work, and some that don't!

Just watched Wolf Blitzer interviewing Michael Moore on CNN. Really, a
good interview and well worth watching.

Seeing as how my BG was 324 before dinner...sitting here on pins and
needle waiting for the Dr. to call... I had some tuna salad made with
wild tuna from a pouch, olive oil, lemon juice, chopped tomato, celery
and green onions from my garden, bit of Herbamare, parsley, salt and
pepper, accompanied by a few black olives.

I only hope I don't throw it up tonight. Ate a bit more of it than I
normally would. But normally I would have some carbs along with it and I
am starving!

Am waiting for Hell's Kitchen to come on. If I can't eat food, at least
I can watch it being made.

I don't remember if you've mentioned whether or not you can drink a glass
of wine with dinner...? Can you?

John
