Kris, your doctor may have unrealistic expectations. A weight loff os
twenty pounds in three months is a very good weight loss. The slower
you lose it , the longer it will stay off.

Maybe this doctor just isnt for you.

rant all you want, we support the whole person not just the diabetes
part.
