If I were you, I'd take some measurements - waist, hip, thigh, upper
arm - and then see if there's a change in them. Some weeks the scales
just stood still or even went backwards, but the reducing measurements
kept me going.
I keep an old "reference garment" around somewhere. No matter what the
scales say, if those old jeans fall off I'm smaller than I used to be!

Yes! I find weighing disheartening.
Oh not me - no longer ... the scales at home, and both pair
at my docors consultancy cannot take my weight.
And what's this hospital which buys small MRI machines,
so that some of their patients cannot even get a scan ? ??
For shame !
