It is one of my all-time favorites... Now, my 14 yrs old son, Henry, is
learning to play it on the bass guitar....

it's cool that your son is learning to play an instrument! he must be
having a ball! it's always fun too learn new things!

know what? the day i got diagnosed with diabetes i said to
myself....that's it! i'm scared. i am now doubly at risk for the thing i
fear most..stroke.

i hate the state i'm living in, Missouri. i'm from chicago. i got here
by circumstances, not choice.

i decided to move back into illinois where i was always happy and near
friends i love & trust. my moving date is july 2.

life is short & this disease is complicated.
we must do what we can to live as much as we can. i think my age, too,
has imbued me with a sense of urgency.

both of my sisters were dead by the age i am right now. one passd due to
complications of diabetes. she went blind and was on dialysis

next month is my birthday. many people die around their birthdates. i
think it's getting to me.

the 2 eps of low bp and now this cholesterol thing is tellin me don't
miss any chances to do do what you want!

i understand where you are coming from, will. hang in there!
