Sure doesn't sound like it's diabetes related, with the thirst
involved too but with no high numbers.
Thyroid sounds the most interesting so far - have you saved your
numbers from previous tests? Can you spot a trend, even if the numbers
are marked normal? On anything, not just thyroid?
How about weight, have you said anywhere whether you're over or under
weight?
Julie's allergy theory sounds promising too, and you CAN become
allergic to things you've eaten for years; it's like your body says
Enough! and no more. In the UK, getting a broad-spectrum allergy test
is pretty simple - is that the case where you are? If so, it might be
worth ruling out.
Hope you find an answer soon - that sounds very unsettling and
unpleasant!
