Jay,
Which Wasa'a are you eating? I use either the light rye or the fiber rye
and they amount to about 6 grams of carbs net fiber. I think th esoy/ry
combo is also low. th e"hearty a" and the sourdough are higher carbs but
I have never seen any as high a 11 per cracker, or did I misread your
post?
