I suppose I could wait until my first diabetes education class, but I
have a question.
Tested at 12:45 (before lunch) and my BG was 96. Tested at 2:45
(after lunch) and my BG was 87. Lunch was 3 oz salmon salad, 1 piece
of brownberry healthnut bread, 1 oz of cojack cheese, some cucumber
and green pepper, 1 container of blue bunny key lime yogurt and a diet
coke.
Is this good or bad???????

kitten, who hasn't figured out the zen of type 2 yet
Most likely that's good, unless you are prone to hypos. If so you'll want
to be careful and you may need to eat a snack of carbs between then and
dinner. I suppose it also depends on when your dinner is.
