Not So Newbie anymore

Hi People. I came here last December when I was diagnosed with Type
II. I was scared and I was reaching out for some help, which several
of you did give to me. Well, 5 months later, I just wanted to brag a
bit about my results.

Tests 11/2006

A1C=10.8
Cholesterol - 173
HDL -30
LDL - 101
Tryglyceride- 263

Weight=246 lbs

Tests 4/2007

A1C=5.6
Cholesterol - 120
HDL -34
LDL - 71
Tryglyceride- 95

Weight=205 lbs

It's amazing what a change in how I eat & much more excercise (I was a
real coach potato, now I do at least 2 miles walking on my treadmill 4
times a week)
