Oh yeah. My only solution is to keep small portable fans everywhere.

I was diagnosed last December with T2. I am on Met. & Actos. I justthe
got my latest labs and my A1C is 5.3. My problem and I am wondering
if anyone else has this, is extreme flushing/Hot flashes throughou
day and during the night. The hot flashes during the day normally
occur about an hour after I eat. But when i test during one of these
episodes, my bg level is fine. Does anyone else have this problem?
If so, any solutions?
Thanks Jan
