Wow, I didn't know that. I eat plenty of Brazil nuts, though,

So we don't usually know the quality of Brazil nuts in terms of selenium content. ;)
Oh, I remember _that_. What I didn't know was the notion
of the T4->T3 connection requiring selenium. If you notice,
in the conversation you just mentioned, I said that I eat
so much of them I might have to watch out for selenium toxicity.
