Kris, thats great to hear you want to keep on living a long and healthy
life.

I absolutely agree with you that giving it up was probably the hardest
thing I ever did. I was going through a depressed period thirty years
ago and was sure I was going to die of some kind of cancer. I said to
myself I am so afraid of it, and I still sm oke. I went cold turkey,
for six weeks I was nausous and dizzy and didnt realize it was
withdrawal. I had smoked since I was 13.

I am the worst kind of smoke hater, the reformed sm oker. lol

continued success. It takes a while to get all that brown gook out but
then it is wonderful to take deep breaths.
