Not gonna happen. There's a good reason why IE is losing
"market share" to browsers that actually make an attempt
to conform to standards.

Also, never forget that it's officially (i.e. according to the W3C)
dumb (and rude) to tell others (for whatever reason) what internet
software to use (although there's nothing wrong with recommending,
provided it's done politely); they may not share your enthusiasm/
fanaticism for particular software, and even if they do, they may not
have any choice anyway -- some people are going online from
cybercafés, or friend's houses, or their workplace.
