I have diabetes, therefore I can find humor in it. But in this case I
was not making fun of the disease of diabetes, I was making fun of the
ridiculous attitudes some in here have about diabetes, doctors,
hospitals, and their own anal obsessions.

I knew when I posted the parody of the Dr. B article that the A & O
show would be the first to cry hypocrisy. Thanks for being the
predictable you that I knew you two would do.

I'm glad you find humor in something. I find no humor when I'm given a
directive by a physician who cannot give me a reasonable explanation when
I ask 'why'. Blind obeissance to the medical gods died somewhere in the
'60's.
