I had a heart attack. Related to my Type 2? I don't know. But I'm
going to eat better -- including reducing my cholesterol. Angioplasty
and stents in place in my 100% blocked right coronary artery. One
more artery to go, partially blocked.
Any opinions on Egg Beaters, Better 'n Eggs, etc? Is there any real
difference in these products and do you like any one over the others?
Do you know which ones are carried by Costco so I can load up on them
and save some money?
Also, isn't it the same if I just remove yolks from the eggs myself?
Thanks, and watch your effing diet and blood sugar!
Yes, it's just the same as if you remove the yolks yourself and add some
yellow food coloring. But eggs are a very controversial thing and current
thinking is that it is not the cholesterol you eat that raises your
cholesterol. You'd be better off just to eat the whole egg.
