That's correct. Usually when a particular brand of bread shows lower carbs
than average it's because they've sliced it thinner.

Or they've replaced some of the flour/carbs with protein and/or fiber. I
have never seen bread with only 7g total carbs (and only 2g are fiber) so
either it's a very small piece, or it's loaded with gluten.
