I personally wouldn't use the same syringe between the two.
What I did to keep them separate, was after opening a new
vial, I'd keep the box. I got a rubbermaid tub that was colored
and put the syringe in the box of insulin then put the box in the
tub and cover it, place it in the door of frige. (easier for me so
I didn't have to bend)
