: I've spent thousands literally (my labs and xrays are 80/20 copays)

Part of their learning may well involve coming to asd and getting
Jennifer's advice, but they won't get that from a doctor or a dietician
If they have been following the ADA advice and thier PCP gets much of his
information form there, they wmay well reject wht they read here because
they wonder "Where are all those lovely carbs that are so good for me?"
many of us type 2s are not "low carb," but are controlled or no-spike
carbed eating no more carbs than our systems can absorb on our current,
Dr. given medications. For many, it is a good way to function, even if,
for some , the fresh summer fruit season may cause problems:-) It's not
doctrinaire, not ADA, but exsperimentally works to maintain decent
control.
Even a remark like, once you have gained some control over your blood
sugar, you may need to "fine tune" your carbohydtate intake of timeing to
reach you and your doctor's desired goals, whould be enough to let people
know there well may be more to this than the simple minded advice the site
offers.
No everyone is good a web or other research. I , certainly, am not with my
slow system here. That's why there should be some indication that there
is more to it and places to find it.
