I'm honest.

I was fat.

I know it upsets some people here to say that. I don't have
a problem with it - because "was" is the only important word
there. And I don't get involved in the guilt nonsense of
"was I fat because of the diabetes or because of me". That's
just ancient history and can't be changed; what is important
is the future that can be.
