In the meantime, I'll tell you a few things which cause *me* headaches,
in case you might be having similar symptoms.
I avoid caffine (coffee, tea, chocolate, whatever), artificial
sweeteners, overly-flickery computer displays (try to keep them over
70Hz), and beating my head against a wall. I think there were a few
other things, but those are what's off the top of my head.
Good practical advice, Howard... I would also add as a recommendation
the avoidance of things and activities that tend to elevate blood
pressure and stress levels... For instance, alcohol tends to elevate
blood pressure in most people. Hypertension has a tendency to be
associated with headaches in some folks.Also, hormonal imbalances can
be a source of headaches....
