Why are you juiing the vegetables? You actually remove some of the fiber
in that way and make the naturally occurig carbs more deadily available to
you which is not good for a dibetic. Eat your vegetables whole rzther thn
juicing them.

I am adding some psillium hulls fibre so getting around 30 gms fibre per
day. Am juicing to get some concentrated vitamins,minerals antioxidants and
don't find I can get through very much vegetables by eating. Maybe I have to
re-think this thing! (I have only recently been diagnosed so am in a
learning curve)
