Do you remember your first taste of diet soda? or skim milk?
i do - tasted pretty nasty.
the other day i ordered chinese food and recieved a free can of soda.
not thinking and not looking i took a sip.. it turned out to be regular
soda.
tasted as nasty as my first taste of diet soda.
if you are looking to cut sodium from your diet go ahead. yes your taste
buds will need to adjust but they will. when i follow recipes now the food
tastes to salty to me but not long ago i would have loved it.
good luck.. many opinions are stated as fact here so be careful.
Tom
