Hi,
I am 30 years old and have type 2 diabetes. Had a hard time controlling sugar, but it is now undercontrol. Need to know what diet and exercise ideas anyone has.
Thanks,

G'day G'day,
Welcome to alt.support.diabetes. Congratulations on getting your
blood sugar under control. It occurs to me from a zillion miles away
that you must already be doing something right. What you are already
doing is
This is important. For most people the person best equipped to figure
out what diet and exercise works is the person themselves with some
guidance from nutritionists, dialecticians, exercise instructors. The
bottom line is always that the person who has to make it work is you.
If you would care to share with us what you have done that has worked
for you we might be able to share some ideas on how to improve them.
Thank goodness you asked for ideas and not advice. For that you need
to go to a professional.
Best wishes,
