My TSH--at least the last time it was tested--was well under 5.
Sometimes due to the low BP and pulse, and the fact that my 60 year old
mother can run circles around me and always has, has made me wonder.
But I don't have any of the other symptoms that go along with it. The
fight in trying not to gain weight has disappeared now that my sugar is
behaving itself.
I thought the new clinical standard was to be under 3? Also, a couple of studies have found that combination T3/T4 drugs provide greater benefits, especially in terms of the subjective experience of wellness, physically and mentally.
