We can change behavior

My dear sister whom I love has lost 70 pounds. She has more to lose but is
on her way to achieving a weight that will be much healthier for her.
I keep telling her, that of the two of us, she is the stronger one. Though
she is 9 years older she started on the road to diabetes 7 years later than
I did even though I've always been the much skinnier of the two of us. :)
Because of her long fight with fibromyalgia and knee problems, she is not
able to do very much exercise at all, something that was available to me.
Her weight loss is nearly all the result of portion control and strict carb
counting. She is walking better and feeling better every day.
I'm confident she will make it. God bless you dear sister.
