I agree. But I am not sure it's a good idea to set (again)
the precedent of rewarding those who have already broken the law.

(And I am referring not to the illegal immigrants, but rather to
the illegal immigrants AND those who encourage the illegality AND
those who take advantage of their situation to mistreat them.)
