Do you mean your TGL/HDL ratio? If I'm not mistaken, that's the one
that points to larger, fluffier, non oxidizing LDL.
Oh I did mean to say that my TGL/HDL is 1.94.
HDL, but now, with pantethine, it's 70. LDL is 126, I think, a low % of
it is VLDL. TGLs are about 100 these days.
If your HDL is now 70 why are you worried? But I you did start this
entry with the following:
Hi all, I need help on my hdl. Getting it to go higher. It's in the 30's
now. My walks don't seem to help. I can't drink wine. Please help if you
have any ideas.
So do you or do you not need help with your HDL? Did miss a cue?
