I think I do eat Low carb diet but I am not sure.
I know its 100% Plant based Whole food diet
with plenty of plant based proteins

5-6 times a weeek 60-90 min each :
Long very brisk walks for 60 min
+ Squats and Pushups for 30 min

If not for Peripheral Neuropathy I would have said 9
Its getting significantly better with BG control

Are you seeing a diabetes specialist (i.e. and endo)? ......... No

Total number of visits to the doctor so far : 2 (dxed 7/05)
When Dxed 1 followed by Annual Physical 1

Labtested my blood 5 times in 9 mos
Test my BG at least 6-7 times a day.

I want to prove to myself that Plant Based Whole food
diat can result in excellent health and arrest the Diabets from
taking over. I do consider excersise as significant component
of this deal. I would like to be doing Yoga in next 6 month to
see how much it would help me.

So far I have had wonderful results. I am far more relaxed and
content person now. This had made wonders to my family life

When I was dxed Dr did very strongly advised me to go on Statin
I refused. Later on with my numbers he accepted I need not
bother with statin drugs.

Wheat and Rice in my diet are present in sprouted form only
and that too in very small quantities.

Cook my own dishes with Letils and legums
Plenty of greens and nuts in the diet
