and you JUST decided to come to asd and post here for the first time.

<Yeah, right>

Pardon us if we tend to be a bit skeptical. It is so very common for
people to drop in making some vague claim for some commercial product.
The claims are nearly always vague. This is important because people
here know details. When shills and spammers present facts regarding
T2s and T1 diabetes and A1c etc and get them wrong people can easily
spot them for what they are. It is similar to the current strategy
being used by email spammers. Say as little as possible so that "bad
words" don't trigger the spamkiller software.

There is another reason for being non-descriptive It is essential for
the next step in the con. Some unwary person steps right up and asks
questions about it, rather than look it up via Google.

What if the spammer doesn't get some unwary person to leap forward
asking what it is all about to give the spammer his/her re-entry
ticket.

No problem.

The spammer asks the question him or herself by posting using another
account. A gender switch is cute but inessential to the general plot.

OK, I've made a few assumptions here. Just because you call yourself
ScottHunter doesn't mean you are a bloke. Your real name might be
Elizabeth Bananabender but ScottHunter sells better.

For those too lazy to look up the Rosedale diet for themselves,
roughly speaking it involves cutting back on carbohydrates but using
good fats eg olive. The desirable carbohydrates which are described
as fibrous carbohydrate turn out to be low carb vegetables. Kate will
post you a list if you are unfamiliar with them.
Rosedale's diet is relatively low protein.

Ron Rosedale lays claim to leptins like he owned them. He also
appears to promote the used of a half dozen or so supplements. It
would seem he has some financial interest in marketing them. I'll
leave that for someone else to research. I don't know and am not
particularly interested.

There are times not to get excited about what strangers on the net
offer with implied promises. This appears to be yet another one of
those occasions.

Best wishes to all of asd who stick to a sensible diet that doesn't
rob them of their critical faculties.
