I am aware of "bad days" but what keeps me focused is how I found out
I was a Diabetic, by going to the hopital in an ambulance, and not
caring if I lived or died for 2 days. I have never felt that bad in my
life.... I never want to go through that ever again... If that means
eating right, exercising and the right combination of meds. I will do
it...
and your right.... there is no reason I can't feel better and better...
