Thank you very much for that very informative post. That is indeed food for
thought, as they say. It would seem to suggest that policosonol may not be
the best way to go, as a long term cholesterol solution, because of the
collateral problem of impaired CoQ10 production and the limited
bioavailability of CoQ10 from external sources.
