Billie,

By the dye test are you referring to the florescene test when they inject
you (in the arm) with this substance that lights up your eyes and thenthe
phoograph them? It also lights up your pee for a time or two:-) Nt a
big deal. I now have this test every time I go to th esuperspecialists
for retina, macula and vitreous. It seems to be required to see how my
wet macular degeneraion is resonding t the weird treatments. So far, so
good. I may be actually stabile for the first time in quie a while and
may be aolt to do without treatments , but constant watching, for some
time. (hope-hope-hope) I am able to read somewhat better and have
invested in some nes lams that shine down brightly on the stuff I am
reading. I can actually read some for a little while in a dimmer light,
but it is a big effort. Crossing wide streets is still an advenure, but a
bit less scary.

Try a big calender and write all the appointments on it and keep it on the
refrigertor dor so you don't miss anything. It does get confusing
sometimes.
