Standard TOS, You'll find this with most ISP's. If you are not doing
anything wrong it's not a problem then.
Frontiernet's TOS(my ISP) has much the same wording as the one above for
users Email & Usernet. Its no biggie.

You've agreed to plenty of them in your lifetime, read the fine print on
ISP's TOS at Mediacom.
