: My body fat ratio has been better but it still in the teens. I eat

: I know I need to start to vary my diet. It's going to happen in the next

Chief,

As you work your way through testing to find out what you can tolerate and
what yu can't , you may find yourself pleasantly surprised about things yu
can still eat, although in small quantities. If my husband has french
fries with his meal, I will take a few wiwth no problem. If they come
with my dinner I might well pig out, so I don't order them. I can handle
a half a baked potato sometimes, say in a restaurant, or two small red
potatos, which we like halved and roasted along with soem
chicken or meat in the oven. I occasionally eat chinese food, always
ordering brown rice and my husand and I split one of those bowls hey serve
you. I also order my food to be prepared without sornstarch or sugar, and
avoid anything called extra crispy or breaded adn . often, double fried.

I eat a piece of fruit or 1/6 of a canteloupe or wuch, every night for
dessert. I occasionally will eat 1 small cookie IN PLACE OF the fruit and
it shuts me up for a while. also use the Lindt 85% cocoa dark
chocolate bar and have two squares for a 4 carb gram treat. this
chocolate is so intense that it really can satisfy you.

Don't feel yu have left it all behind forever, just that you can still
have the occasional fling.

Wendy
