Ain't that a hoot. I was a train wreck a 6 weeks ago.

Now comes the real work. I have to start eating real food and lower that
A1C below 6. No Joke, I am living on lightly salted dry roasted peanuts.
What's strange is that I don't miss food yet and it's been at least a week
of mostly just peanuts.

On the disgusting side it makes one very regular and the fats oil the skids
- if you get my drift.

I think I'm growing a trunk and lately I've been thinking of joining a
circus for the free peanuts.
