Re: no control, need help

Hi Cheri,
I 've been making pancakes out of ground flax seed.

The other day I tried cooking the whole flax seed in boiling water. I got a
very slimy cereal that tasted OK but the texture was revolting. Did I cook
it too long?

Any advice appreciated.
