Carlos....... i'm partial to the low GI diet of
the two
The Four Corners Diet is exactly that (the books
are available on Amazon used from $2.72)
The Zone is another low GI diet, purporting a
lower ratio of carbs than what the ADA diet
condones (do NOT eat the ADA diet :-( )
then there is the South Beach Diet
all of these diets condone about 40% of food from
carbs, and aim for the lower GI foods
