Re: weight loss a poblem ?



Whilst no-one is ever pleased with being diagnosed
with diabetes, I must admit to being pleased with
the weight loss.

In the last 6 weeks I have lost 10kg (22.2lb)
purely by changing my diet. This in turn has
given me the incentive to start excersizing
in the new year.
