Hey Wild,

It depends upon which newsreader a person is using... At home, I have
Agent loaded up... It automatically sets up a quote.

On my laptop, which I use away from home, I have News Rover installed.
It does not automatically set up a quote...

There is nothing intentional in this... Some software simply
automatically includes a quote of the previous message, while other
competing software does not.
