I checked the label: contains 27g of sugars per 100g of chocolate. The
whole bar is 125g, divided into ten squares, so my two squares contain
about 8g of sugars. Less than half of the sugar naturally found in the
milk of my usual latte, and as with my full-fat latte, buffered with
fats.
