Re: OT: update

Well, I have the nasty habit of making up my own mind. I like to read it all and take it in, but I'm not likely to be sucked in by anyone. I don't tend to take sides with anyone--I'm just me. Period.

Now, in the real world, if someone attempted to harm my husband, I would likely put up the fight of my life. But this ng is a bit different.

I just don't understand why you give RK so much room for bad behavior.
Many of us are in pain, have other chronic illnesses, take many meds,
etc, but we don't excuse ourselves and abuse others at will. I'm sorry
she has all her problems, but that is NO excuse to abuse others who are
also trying to help here. I would have been more active in helping, but
her abusive attitude kept me from contributing for awhile.

true.

It's clear that there's a "clique" here that is difficult to penetrate.
What a shame, when there are so many more of us who would like to
contribute...you all need to take a step back and see what's going on...

well if you worship low carb

I don't. Never have.

and don't question when they play doctor

I do. Always have.

then it's easy to be part of that clique.

Whoever you perceive this clique to be, they speak to me. So what is
your point.

they are real sweet if you
kiss up to them and play the victim, but god in heaven forbid if you
have a differeing opinion. all hell breaks loose and they pile on like
an angry mob.

I have many times and no one did (except Budd).

many of them remind me of pat robertson and jerry
falwell, if you are not on their side then evil is wished upon you.

Damn! I'd hate to be compared to either one of those two evil men.

my advice to you mary is just be yourself. newbies and some of us
oldies alike will respect you for that much more than if you give in to
the "our way or the highway" crowd in here.

Sally, I think you are wrong, but that is what makes the world go
