My Supplement List for Your Perusal......

I finally came clean and listed my Lipid profile. So I figure I might as well list my Supplement regime and have the resident experts put it under the microscope, figuratively. I would appreciate any input or advice, including opinions of what I might should drop or include....
It should be noted that other than Buspar, for anxiety, I take no prescription drugs. Other than being Type II Diabetic, I also have arthritic knees.
* Vitamin C 1000 mg (once daily) * Omega 3 Fish Oil 1000 mg (3X daily) * MSM 1000 mg (2X daily) * Calcium Liquid Gels with Vitamin D 600 mg (2x daily) * Glucosamine HCl 750mg/Chondroitin Sulfate 600 mg (2x daily) * Niacin 500 mg Flush Free (once daily) * One-A-Day Men's Health Formula Multivitamin (Once a Day... Duh. :) )
