5.5 is my preferred upper limit for bg at any time. An A1c
of 5.6 relates to an average bg of 6.8 mmol/L (122 mg/dl) -
plasma blood. Higher than I prefer to be (and I eat more
carbs than you). But your aims might be different.

Oh, and why aren't you off Lipitor yet?
