Hi, I don't know if this is applicable to your situation or not, but
last year I experienced a rapid weight gain when I was taken off a
diuretic high blood pressure combo pill (Triamtere/HCT), or maybe my
endo just tried reducing the dose, can't remember. I gained something
like 12 pounds in a week and it was truly alarming. Once back on the
regular dosage however, the weight was gone within a week or so.
So get thee to your physician and get checked out! Best wishes, I know
how uncomfortable you must be.
