I am a type 2 and a relatively new one (2 years I think) so there is
probably a lot I could stand to learn.

I admit to liking Susan's take on things for the most part.

Wise that you thought the better of it, considering I wasn't really playing
around with yours, just an honest mistake, and no ill will was meant at all.

I have quite a few books and have been reading them. My endo tells me all
carbs are not alike and that whole grain and natural is better than refined
and heavily processed.
So now are you suggesting I should start eating pasta and white bread and
sugar again?
