A suggestion: find a nice "saddle" shaped street (where there's a dip
in the middle) and walk that. I was living on one when I found out I
was T2 and just got lucky that way. Or walk around a block that has
one side higher than the other.
Another benefit. It's a good workout on the way up, and you can
recover as you walk down to the mid-point. It lets you do more laps.
Keep your pace, however. I shoot for 2 miles in 25 minutes.
