yes Ozgirl they do - what is your problem with those figures. Ceebee was
right.
1 gram of carb has 4 calories
1 gram of protien has 4 calories
1 gram of fat has 9 calories

something is stupid alright - but its only in your lack of understanding and
your ability
to reason.
dont get me wrong. I have no problem with your very limited knowledge on
nutrition.
but find it funny that you keep on acting as if you are some kind of expert.
you do mimic what you read very well - but in talking to you and watching
your attempt
to look like an expert - it angers me that someone with such limited
knowledge tells newbie after
newbie that their doctor is behind the times when they do something you
disagree with.
you say you tried the low fat diet approach and failed. i doubt you are
behind completely honest.
i feel back than you must have new much less than the most clueless newbie I
have seen come here
in my 2 1/2 almost 3 years. what I dont understand is you werent even smart
enough to check before you opened
your mouth.

If you weren't so

lol you do know you have a computer infront of you - too bad you didnt check
first.

yes ozgirl that is correct and if you new anything about nutrition besides
what you mimic
you would multiply the carb count lol and yes ozgirl oatmeal has protien
you must also mulitply that and ok here is the hard part.
multiply the amount of carbs in 90gr dry oatmeal X 4

>Do I need to go and explain the protein as well?

you couldnt.

in many areas of nutritional science I am. I am smart enought
to know that - you are not.

it just happens most of the people I dilike here at not even half
intelligent.
you should think of your self lucky - if you werent so stubborn.
CeeBee has been beating you with his knowledge stick for months now
but you are not smart enought to realize it. your loss.

you and your friends have that covered.

only in the heads of the ignorant.
