Sorry I can not help you with that - I did get used to it and now i dont
even feel it :).
also now that I am also a little healthier the blood comes out easier.

I rememeber in the begining i thought I had to make that choice also.
i think the with the combination of exercise and proper diet they both went
down.
I dont know enough about your diet to comment on it.
I know of course both are kinda equal. My BG's are still

I will be right back - i want to see what you said so far about your diet.
dont go away :).
ok anyway yes those numbers are high but not crazy high especially since you
will be getting professional help soon.
o an yes lol a dietitian can help you tailor a diet for you.
if you are doing all you say - every day you are becoming more and more
healthy.
how much weight have you lost so far?
I should probably be more patient. I

i dont know how you are eating so i can not comment on how lean you are
eating.
take it slow. I am sure just cutting out the junk food has to have shown
some improvments already.
I eat a serving of fat with every meal and am suposed to have it with 3
meals and not with my 2 snacks.
but my bed time snack has 1% milk or i can go with healthier fats such as 6
almonds.
for me it was pretty easy - i ate the same amount of protiens, carbs and
fats per meal.
its not a fix all tool but for me it was a start.

well it depends - for me 1 serving of fruit is 15 carbs of fruit - I can
have a little more or little
less - depedning upon a lot of things.
do i need the extra boost to hold me till dinner and about 1 million other
possibilities. in time i bet you will learn
how to eat on the fly.

you put your cat to sleep because it had diabetes?

the best exercise utility you can buy is the one you are most likely to use
most often.
i think if i was new to this again and a total newbie to exercise i would
start with doing cardio.
also before i do any kind of exercise with weights I make sure i can do it
with proper form for 50 reps with out using any weights.
if you can start doing crunches especially if you feel you are getting
hungry and you shouldnt eat yet.
works for me anyway.
i hope i didnt make so many mistakes one of my dogs keeps trying to lick its
wounds and now its crying
i need a drink see ya .. dont go too crazy - 1 week will be here before you
know it.
but wow are the dietitians in your area so busy that it takes a week to see
1?
